- we meet a two women who are speaking about a man. this is relatable to women what rom-coms tend to do.
- we then get a cutaway to another women talking about a date she had with a man
- we have series of shots of women having conversations about this one man. this already tells us a bit about the male character.
- eventually we meet the male protagonist all the women are talking about, already we know a lot about this man
- after all the women spoke about how he broke up with them he then does the same with the women in the scene. this could tell us he could be a players
